We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully, as consumable trade books (such as workbooks, activity guides, and other materials intended for writing or use) have unique return and refund considerations.
🔹 Refunds
- Digital Books (eBooks/PDFs): All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds once the file has been delivered.
- Physical Consumable Books: Refunds are only available if the book is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (wrong title or edition shipped).
🔹 Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened consumable books. Books that have been written in, marked, or otherwise used cannot be returned.
- Timeframe: You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or shipped in error.
🔹 Exchanges
If you received the wrong book or a defective copy, we will gladly exchange it for the correct or replacement item at no additional cost.

- Consumable books that have been opened, written in, or used
- Clearance or final-sale items
🔹 Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
